Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll always work with you to make it right. All return and exchange requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

After placing your order, please review your order confirmation email to confirm your size and color selections. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, before it is submitted to our printer. Once production begins, orders can no longer be canceled or changed.

To request a cancellation or make a change within the 12-hour window, email support@ramblinroad.shop.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To get started, visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal and have your order number and a photo of the affected item ready.

Size Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for size adjustments within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. 

Because each item is printed on demand in the size you choose:

  • We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering — if you're unsure, reach out before you place your order and we'll help.
  • To reduce waste and keep our products fairly priced, we do not support ordering multiple sizes of the same design with the intention of returning what doesn't fit.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received.

Change of Mind

Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
